We are sad to announce that San Tan EyeCarein Paradise Valley has closed its doors!  Previous patients may visit the San Tan Gilbert location, Tatum Eyecare located 2 blocks away or Lumiere Optique in Scottsdale.

The custodian of your patient records is Lumiere Optique.  If you wish to visit one of the other locations listed or a new optometrist all together, your records can be transferred from Lumiere to your new doctor.
